A VroomGirls Party with Holiday Cocktails!
This recipe is a great way to get that pumpkin pie taste in a martini glass. Recipe comes from Bigfoot West Lodge in Los Angeles. Make the pumpkin puree in advance by mixing canned pumpkin with a dash of brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
1 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
1 oz. pumpkin puree
1/2 oz. irish cream
dollop of whipped cream
Add all ingredents to a martini shaker with ice. Shake to break down pumpkin puree. Strain into martini glass or coupe, and top with whipped cream and a dash of spice. Voila, the perfect holiday cocktail!
